A 2007 Nissan Navara with Nissan Skyline running gear!
Bought this off a mate that had too many projects. The aim was to have a cool vehicle that me and the kids could go out in at weekends.
Truck came low as its had the axle flipped and the front coils modified. Since owning it I have done quite a few things to make it my own. This included the deep dish 16’s with fat tyres, hub adapters all round, drilled and grooved discs with new pads, new arch liners, new flared arch pieces, smoked lights all round, repainted chassis, rear tub, front grill and touched up some marks on the body. Its no show winner and does have some battle scars but still a tidy looking truck. I’m at the stage where I was debating getting a fibreglass wide kit and then respraying whole truck but just not finding the time to do anything on it now.
Running gear wise it has the RB25DET from an R33 Skyline along with the auto box which all works as it should. Motor has been rebuilt using N1 oil pump, arp bolts etc so can handle some power. Currently running standard power as couldn’t decide what to do with it. Was gonna go down the management line but then would need bigger turbo, bigger injectors, bigger fuel pump etc etc.
I have got a manual RB25DET box with uprated clutch and flywheel which I can sell separately at the right price but these aren’t cheap items.
This truck has got potential to be a monster of a drift truck or just fun vehicle but just don’t have the time to put into it. The looks it gets are unreal as the noise that comes from the RB is very distinctive along with the turbo noises!”
