From the seller: “This is an early Metisse,..believed to be no.9 of some 20 cars, from Rickman .the car was first MOT’d/road legal April 2001….2 years to build and ££££s spent.Car double-featured in Which Kit magazine January 2002 and covered again briefly in Complete Kit Car magazine September 2016. all these magazines will come with the car.
Car was originally based on running gear of a ford sierra, electric mirrors. electric windows, excellent 7.5×17” Infinity alloys , cross-drilled grooved Diamond discs all round, performance pads, Goodridge hoses, all comforts of a normal car, it has a full dash from a sierra in excellent condition. also has 2 rear seats with seat belts fitted. the front seats are a set of black leather saab seats which fit and look well.
Over the last year the car has had a refresh, been resprayed a purple metallic, bmw engine fitted. Has passed MOT in JUNE 2021.
A Bmw m54 2.2 6 cylinder engine and gearbox has been fitted with 120K on it. The engine starts and runs perfect and looks well under the bonnet. There is a LSD also fitted from an xr4x4
There is also an acewell digi dash fitted which works well with the new engine.”
