Where we deliver to

We currently deliver to the following locations:

United Kingdom: England, Wales, Scotland

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

How much does it cost?

We charge a flat rate of £4.95.

Who will deliver the items?

We use various couriers depending on the item.

How long will my items take?

We will aim to dispatch your items promptly, and you will receive your items within 3 to 5 working days.

How will I know when my order has left?

When your order leaves us, we will send you an automated email to confirm your items have been posted, including a tracking number if applicable. If you have supplied a mobile phone number, you will also be notified, in some instances, that your parcel has been dispatched. Some couriers will also notify you on the day of delivery about a delivery time window.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of an order at any time using your My Account page.

What if my delivery doesn’t arrive?

As with all mail order services, Motoring Deals relies on third-party delivery services. While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are reliant on each delivery service to deliver the package to you within a time specified. We cannot be held responsible for a package that has arrived late due to an error by the delivery service used. If your parcel does not arrive when you expect it, it is best to get in touch with the courier company itself first. If you get nowhere after contacting the, please contact us.


We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on products you order, so if you’re not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us, and we’ll refund you for them. This runs alongside Distance Selling Regulations which allows you to cancel your contract with us (e.g. if your product is not wanted) within 14 working days of receipt.

To return any products, please make sure you are within 14 days from the order date. You should then contact us to arrange for a redelivery. The goods must be returned in full in original, undamaged packaging and be in perfect condition.

If you decide you no longer want the goods, you can return them for a replacement or a refund, but you would have to pay the cost of postage.

Please ensure that you return any items using a signed for service and obtain relevant certificates of postage.

We will pay for the return of any faulty products.

Damaged Goods

If you have received your order and the items are damaged, please inform us as soon as possible. In most cases we will exchange or offer a full refund for the items.

If when you receive your items, you notice that the outside of the packaging has been damaged or there is evidence that items within the package have been damaged, you should open the parcel in front of the delivery driver and sign for the items as “Goods Damaged”. When this is done, it enables us to work with our delivery partners to replace all the damaged items, free of charge.

If when you open your package and you find items are damaged inside, when there was no evidence of damage from the outside of the box, we will arrange for replacements to be sent to you. We will require the damaged items back.
