It is an import. I have the paperwork, i just never applied for a NOVA certificate, as I drove it here 6 years ago, and once the ethanol killed the engine, we decided to put in a 1.8t, and restore the chassis, but it kind off dropped into the background, as other projects took over.
Has all the glass, door handles were replaced just before the engine broke down. I can also transport it, but it would be on the buyer to cover the transport cost and trailer rental.”
