Fancy a blank canvas? The chance to build an Austin Mini Clubman the way you want? A guilt-free build, as this one has no engine or interior. You can do what you want with this old girl.
From the seller: “1980 Mini Clubman Estate Rolling shell Project
Recently purchased with the impression it just needed an engine and interior fitting but is too much work for me as I have other classics that require my time so unfortunately up for sale.
Good News is-
Dry stored 23 years so has survived really well considering
Rear subframe is good and complete
No rot around any of the glass even the scuttle.
Rear window external frames intact and original
Front subframe is a later 8.4 disc type
Front doors are rock solid
Only rot on the rear doors is the lower part of the right door not too far gone
I’ve polished a corner of the roof and a section of the rear doors and the paint comes up really well
Roof is extremely good corners all solid etc and no sunroof
Rear boot floor looks really good as do all the centre floor area
Dash speedo etc looks untouched
A solid straight car not a complete basket case, the work needed is all straight forward stuff
Chassis ID Tag still in place on inner wing
V5C In my name
Not so good points-
No interior
No engine
No functioning brakes
No functioning steering
No keys
Front subframe is loosely fitted
Bodywork wise it needs front panel, wings, sill repairs, drivers footwell (new panel included), rear valance possibly more
Fuel tank looks scabby
Bit of a bump off side rear corner (two replacement rear lights included)
Fuel lines and brake lines front to back would need replacing”
