From the seller: “This is my fathers 1930 Model A coupe that I am listing on his behalf.
The car is an original all steel imported from the USA 1930 Model A, there is no rust anywhere.
It was built 3k miles ago using all new parts inc. chassis, superbell 4″ dropped axle with discs, narrowed Ford 9″ with fully adjustable coilovers, Vega steering box, Walker radiator and trans. cooler, Goodwrench 350 engine, B&M 350 trans, Lokar shifter, leather tuck and roll bench seat etc.
I think the wheels are Vintique, Rebel wiring loom, monoleaf front spring with hairpins, hairpin rear axle location. All these parts were new 3000 miles ago when the car was built.
The body is solid but bearing the dents and scars and patina of a 91 year old shell. At some point in its history the roof had a panel put in (from new they would have had a cloth roof) which isn’t the neatest job in the world.”
