From the seller: “for sale is my 1954 ford pop its a project but has had a huge amount of work already done to it.
Full v5 In my name.
It’s a full custom built chassis and the body is one of the best I’ve ever seen there is NO ROT anywhere on it.
It’s a full custom made front end everything is on rose joints and can be adjusted the front struts alone cost over £1200 from gaz.
The front end is a narrowed mk2 escort rack with re drilled hubs to take jag/chevy wheels.
Brand new m16 callipers with solid discs and brand new braided brake hoses.
the front end is all steel and the rear arches are 2″ oversized in fibreglass. the bootlid is also fibreglass and is in very good condition, both doors are MINT no rot anywere they have also been rounded off on the corners and both gutters have been removed and smoothed again all done to a very good standard.
The dash, bulkhead and tunnel are already done to a very good standard, the rear axle is a narrowed capri it’s mounted on brand new link bars costing over £150 in materials alone again all on rose joints.
I’ve tacked a couple bars in place of rear shocks just to get the car rolling for loading purposes. (i may have a pair of e type rear shocks ill have to take a look ifso they too can go with the car)
It’s sat on a VERY RARE set of deep dish slots with brand new period correct tyres.
It’s got a 3.5 rover v8 mounted up front and comes with another 3.5 v8 engine that is a 10.5 high ratio engine.”
