From the seller: “Stunning 4 door car that as been the subject of a full restoration.
I imported the car myself five years ago and then took several years to restore. Everything mechanically has been rebuilt or replaced from the chassis up. New Suspension, brakes rebuilt, 364 nailhead engine rebuilt, new exhaust system, bodywork meticulously restored and then resprayed. 100% all steel The paint and interior cost £20,000 alone. Ostrich leather to match exterior. A lot of the chrome was replaced or replated.
All new glass except rear which was perfect. New carpet. Drives superbly on new radial whitewall tyres. They look like crossplys but run as radials so making a lovely drive. Power steering. The car is to stock specification other than colour ( which is close to an original Buick colour) and interior leather. Original hubcaps included.
The car is a joy to drive. Not been on the show scene. Still a few small little jobs to do if you wanted to take it to perfection.”
