This Rolls Royce Silver Shadow hot rod isn’t exactly going to go unnoticed. It’s a real conversation piece, so expect a lot of attention!
From the seller: “Rolls Royce Silver Shadow Hot Rod- 1967 MOT & Tax exempt, cheap to insure (ULEZ compliant)
A real head turner, this is a unique car, you either love it or hate it. The car was originally brought in 1967 by Sir Harry Seacombe, the previous owner had the sales receipt but had been misplaced, (not that it looks anything like it did back then).
The body is very solid, strong and straight, with the original Rolls Royce Engine alive and kicking, I added pictures before the car was painted to show how solid and clean it was prior to transformation and not a rust bucket.
The car had a full enhanced service by a classic car specialist when I brought it, runs and drives beautifully for its age.
The interior of the car was professionally painted red, with new carpets fitted. The car looks good from a distance but as you get closer you begin to see some chipping of the paint work where I have had it under covers, which I have shown close ups in pics, it was painted in satin black spray can easily been resprayed. (I have box of matt black spray paint to go with car but haven’t had a chance to do it along with vinyl roof paint restorer)”
