From the seller: “The car was manufactured in Japan on the mid 1973 production run and first registered in the UK in September 1974. She is numbers matching with a original UK RHD with 5 speed manual gear box. She is showing just 71850 miles that seems original as the car was of the road from 1982 and I have an MOT from then showing just 64308 miles.
The previous owner purchased her on 1st July 2013 and i purchased it from him on the 23rd of April 2018. The log book shows me and just 2 previous owners. The chap i purchased her from had spent a lot of time and money in his 5 years of ownership replacing floors, sills, doors etc the list of the work he had done is in the pictures attached . He claims to have spent near on £20k. After doing all the hard ground work i think he lost interest and painted the car black then had it wrapped just so he could drive it a bit.
When I purchased the car she was solid but tatty looking so I undertook my transformation that consisted of the following;
Back to metal full respray in Orange (over £7k), B&C coilovers, Rota 15×8 wheels and new Toyo 205 Tyres, Silvermine front disc and pads upgrade, Wilwood master cylinder and prop valve, Z story full fast road exhaust and manifold, new full badge set, new rubber door and glass seals, full new carpet set, leather trim, new battery, new lights, radio and electric aerial, inertia seatbelts, sound proofing, New stainless steel front and rear bumpers and the list goes on….
I have just serviced her, engine, diff and gearbox oil, new plugs and coolant. She drives great and pulls like a train. The Z Story exhaust sounds amazing. Also lots of spares and parts included.”
