Although MOT’d, the seller has listed a few jobs that need doing on this Vauxhall Chevette. Well worth doing them, as Chevettes are going up in price rapidly!
From the seller: “Vauxhall Chevette 1256 hatchback. recently acquired found local to me, has been of the road for around 4 years I think.
recent work inc new starter motor, new tyres , wheels are 8×13 minilites, has electronic ignition fitted and looks like a new radiator has been fitted at some point, the car does drive fine for a 1983 chevette and does have an mot, advisories on the mot were brake pipes corroded covered in grease etc , general under body corrosion and heavy covering of underseal, I have had a look underneath and the underseal I would say is factory, there has been a repair to the drivers side sill, the metal brake pipes look good under the underseal. I have however managed to poke a couple of holes in the underside with my trusty knocking stick this morning, by the ns jacking point outer sill and the wheel arch behind the drivers wheel also in the rear n/s lower corner behind rear wheel.”
