We’re loving the custom hydraulics on this 2.5 Straight Six VW LT28 Van.
Seller listing states “The van is roller painted Melon yellow and custom traditional sign writing painted over the top. If the sign writing isn’t to your fancy you could easily roller over the top.
When I bought the van the rear was stripped out, so I made the rear panels to surround the windows. The sides and floor are insulated. Floor is 25mm insulation with laminate flooring on top. I did have a very basic counter top and bed frame in the back but when my son was born I had to remove it and make up a temporary bed frame to fit a super king mattress in for the three of us to sleep in. We haven’t used it much at all in the last two years so I did’t get round to doing a nice fit out in the back. But it’s a perfect shell for someone to build their own unique camper.
It’s on fully custom hydraulics with a 4 link system on the back. Manual and wireless control of the hydraulics. Rides great and gets attention everywhere you go. Has a set of 16 inch banded steels with good tyres. I also have the original wheels that came on it.
It’s a 2.5 litre straight six petrol with a 4 speed manual gearbox. Engine runs really well and smooth.”
