A fantastic looking Consul, but does need a few issues sorting, including the brakes. Could be a great car with some work over winter….
From the seller: “Here we have my Consul MK2. This car is rock solid. Recent full resprayed, new Clutch (receipt)..Diff Seal (receipt) Still weeps a little, needs running in. New Door Cards, front seat needs attention. The car hardly gets used, the brake pedal has gone hard but stops car. Flat spot when you rev up but ok after second attempt, think points or carb needs cleaning due to lack of use. This will make a real nice car when seat and other minor issues are sorted out.”
