I purchased this as it is not only in excellent condition, underside and interior included , but the previous owner has had some very tasteful modifications done to my liking and usability.
The body is in excellent shape and condition , the floors and underside show no signs of welding and are all corrosion protected and genuine, the interior has new carpets fitted but original headlining an trims remain which i personally like to add to the character of the car. (i also have the original steering wheel too)
The outer car has no damage and only afew very minor cosmetic blemishes as to be expected of a used classic but no corrosion anywhere,all chrome is very good, and sat on new minilight style wheels with new tyres , (also have original wheels and trims)…all in all extremely good an turns heads everywhere.
The anglia is running a 1630 X-flow engine (rebuilt 1600GT engine from MK1 capri) using Burton pistons, new water pump, cast crank pulley etc, Facet fuel pump mounted in boot with braided hoses.”
