From the seller: “1991 Rover Mini Neon 998cc for sale due to bereavement in the family. Estimated mileage looking at MOT history 70k.
As I was not the person completing the project it is difficult to explain where the process is up to. However I have tried to take as detailed pictures as possible.

Extensive welding already completed and the body shell has been dipped and resprayed. The inner wings, floor pans, boot floor, scuttle panel, etc are all new. The car has also been treated on the underside.
The car was complete and running a few years ago, but currently has the engine removed and engine will requires reassembly.
Sale includes new suspension parts (see picture) to convert to coil spring.”
