Many of us had a Mini as a first car and it’s still a great car for you to get to grips with the basics of car mechanics on. Not only that, it will fit in any garage! This one’s had a fair bit done, but needs somebody with the drive to carry on the restoration.
From the seller: “Registered as an automatic but now has a 998cc manual engine fitted, starts,.runs and drives but does require a new oil seal for the gear linkage shaft.
Lots of new mechanical parts including front calipers, discs, pads, hoses, clutch master cylinder and slave, and various other ancillary parts, we have had the front floors professionally repaired this year, the A panels could do with being sorted next and as with all classic minis there is rust in various places.”
