You see something new every day, it seems, and the fault on this Renault Safrane is something I’ve never seen before! Got to be worth fixing, though, surely?
From the seller: “his is your chance to take on this extremely rare 1994 Renault Safrane. This car is mechanically superb however its main issue is the drivers seat has reclined all the way back and will not go back into place, water had gotten into the car and messed with the seats electrics, if you can manage get the seat back into original position or swap it out this car should need very little work for mot.The door card for the drivers door is in the back seat as it was taken off to fit a new electric window motor last year. Cosmetically the car is as you’d expect for a car of this age, a few scuffs here and there but very presentable overall and should come up very well with a machine polish. Very low mileage at just 55k. Comes with some old paperwork, a few spares including a new wing, full V5 and 1 key. Super solid car with no rot visible anywhere aside from some bubbling around the sunroof. I would really like to see this car go to a good owner rather than scrap which is why the starting price is below scrap value with no reserve. ”
