so with deep regret i offer for sale this rock solid, honest little car, my intentions were always to build a little hot rod so when offered this car(my third 100e) i got super excited as its so clean and solid everywhere, from what i can see in its 62 years in this world is had 3 small patches of welding.(clearly been looked afer and dry stored)
the floors, boot floor and inner wings are all super solid with the odd bits of surface rust only.
the brakes prior to her being in my possession have all been rebuilt, the original 1200 sidevalve engine runs like a sewing machine though could probably benefit from a tune up.
shes had a new dizzy, coil, leads and plugs
all the chrome though not fitted is with the car, as is the original grill, the grill fitted is a prefect grill though not a 3 bar is in my opinion nicer than the pop one
all five tyres have plenty of tread hold air and are modern type tyres
the interior has the original blue leather, its mostly in nice condition with the only thing to really note is the passenger side seat back is torn, the seat is currently loose in the car as i was going to try and find someone to repair it.
shes clearly had a blow over at some point, not the best but perfectly acceptable, would ook a million times bbetter with a decent polish.
wimdscreen washers and wipers have been upgraded to electric
originally vaccum
big box of spares, original owners manual and some paperwork included”
