From the seller: “I am selling my lovely rare little Vespa 400 which has been sat in my garage for about a year. Now someone can have the chance to give it the love that it deserves.

Since I have had the car I have registered it and got it running, replaced the brake cylinders, rebuilt the master cylinder and put new flexi hoses on it.

The car starts and sounds strong with no smoke. It runs and drives but it will need further work to use it on the road.”
