In our view, one of the sexiest cars of the 70’s! This one needs a little work, but having been born in the same years as this one was made, trust me, it’s fared better than I have over the past 50 years!
From the seller: “Hillman Avenger 1500 GL 1971 Tax & Mot exempt. New log book registered historic in my name. One previous owner, some service history, original engine number matching car. It has original bill of sale, electrics work, car starts no smoke good engine. Car needs work to be put back on the road as it’s not road legal, therefore will need to be trailered away with small van or large car to carry all the parts.
Needs welding work to the top edge of inner wings & some small plates fabricated for the bottom edge of inner arches, see photos. The boot is solid & so is the floor. It has no sunroof which is a good thing.”
