From the seller: “Absolutely stunning condition 1972 Ford Mustang Mach 1.
This awesome example underwent a full bare-metal restoration around eight years ago after being in long-term storage (almost 20 years) and remains in excellent condition today. Just over 62,500 miles with evidence to prove genuine. An F-Code car with original factory build-sheets. Fitted from new with a rare factory manual gearbox which was upgraded to a Tremec T5Z, 5-speed with Hurst manual shifter. Still fitted with its original Matching Numbers Ford 302ci Windsor (4.9-litre) V8 that was professionally fully rebuilt in standard form retaining the smog canister (bypassed), factory cast exhaust manifolds and 2v carburettor and intake. The carburettor was sent to the USA for a complete restoration before being refitted. Full 15 page build thread on Mustang Owners Club GB website.
