From the seller: “Hi folks here we have a early 1972 triumph Dolomite it’s a 1850 4 speed manual
The car is clean tidy and very presentable classic it’s ready to get in and use I use it daily 🙂
I’ll describe the car correctly and very accurate so you know what your buying and no surprises
Body work – it’s cream/honeysuckle it was repainted many many years ago but as you can see it still cleans up a treat 🙂 there are some age related marks but no major rot, the bottoms the doors do show signs or repairs in the past but all is solid 🙂 the car was fully cleaned and black Shultz on the under side so it’s very well protected for many years to come yet 🙂 engine bay has been painted in some old black wax oil it’s slowly cleaning off to show the original paint but still lids left to clean off
Engine/gearbox – engine is a 1850 and it’s had oils and plugs just done, it starts perfect and runs lovely 🙂 pull very well 🙂 gear box is standard 4 speed non over drive still cruises very well
Brakes, rears new brake cylinders shoes was like new, new brake callipers and pads discs was okay
Suspension is all good no knocks etc drives as it should for a old classic car
Has sprint wheels and chin spoiler”
