From the seller: “The paint work is amazing and is a complete one off. The car was featured in Volksworld magazine and I have a copy that will come with the car.
The Baja was sold and the new owner completed some more upgrades including the incredible custom chrome wheels, red custom rim protectors and engine dress-up parts. The interior was also updated with new Porsche GT seats which were recovered with new black upholstery with orange piping to match the car. The rear bench seat was also done to match. The carpets were replaced as well as the headliner and door cards. The engine was further upgraded with twin Weber carbs, custom linkages and a new ceramic coated Empi exhaust and valve covers. Custom lap belts fitted, which are dated to the end of 2022.
The Baja was then sold to Aspire Competitions who listed it as a prize on their website. I bought some tickets and to my amazement I won!”
