1976 Mini Clubman Estate project

From the seller: “It was my wife’s daily from 2010 until 2019 (when our daughter arrived and we needed something more child friendly).
Since then it has been moved from garage to driveway and hasn’t turned a wheel for ages. It has now got pretty rusty in all the usual places and needs a full restoration.

On the plus side, it has never had floorpans (you can still just see the tag on the passenger side) so you don’t have loads of old repairs to undo. I’ll let the pictures do the talking for me.

It is an early rod change shell with twin bolt front subframe- the tunnel has been drilled to fit a remote change. The rear subframe was replaced in 2016 and still looks to be in good nick.”
