From the seller: “This is my 1983 Land Rover Series 3, Short Wheel Base (88 inch chassis). I’ve owned her for a number of years and she has been very reliable, I have used the car as a daily driver many times to and from the office and its never let me down.

This has the 5 main bearing 2.25 petrol engine which is more robust and smoother than the older 3 main bearing units. Also being a later series it benefits from the larger drum brakes and is servo assisted. The Landy drives and stops nicely. The gearbox is good and it doesn’t pop out of gear.”
