From the seller: “This amazing car was supplied to its first and only owner in February 1989, he was an Italian guy who lived in the UK but had a home in Perugia, Italy. This car has spent the bulk of its life in Italy where it was used only in the summer months when he holidayed in Italy.
Serviced regularly by local dealers the car has a factory sunroof and electric front windows. This is the UK Martini edition car and even has the original UK dealer brochure. 140BHP and front wheel drive. The car has been stored here in the UK for the last 2-3 years. 4 new tyres, new brakes, many new suspension bushes etc and a service have all been carried out also I have undertaken to get the cars first MOT, which it passed with no advisories. So the car is ready to be driven.
There are some very small areas of rust, one on the front panel below the windscreen and inside the sunroof aperture there is a sign of some rust. The front edges on the doors inside also have just started to show signs of rust but please understand these are easily sorted for the new owner. Also the RHS rear door has a dent on the lower part, I have not undertaken these repairs because all to often people would rather see the car in its original condition and with its original paintwork, very rare today.
There can be very few of these in this sort of condition let alone one owner cars. Both front seats have been upgraded to Recaro versions from a Delta Integrale, the original seats are available and are included in the auction. ”
