From the seller: “1974 Ford Consul, Left hand drive, was sent to Yugoslavia from new. Has a 1.7cc V4 base model.
The hot weather has really preserved the car, the only rust scab I can see is inside the read door.
All the body panels are very good and very good underneath. The dash and the door cards have cracks
due to the heat. The 1.7V4 has long gone and now has a 1.9 Peugeot turbo diesel with 5 speed gearbox
with good top end speed and good miles to gallon.
The wheels are 16×8″ wide steals with good tyres, there is a diesel night heater fitted. Four brand new air
bags and 4 brand new shocks.
The car has been sanded down and a clear coat on it, the roof, bonnet and boot lid has green metal flake
that really pops in the sun.”
