From the seller: “I bought this car last year and have been collecting parts to get it back to as near standard as possible, it’s nearly there but will need finishing off.
I have replaced;
Rear axle (brand new) including complete hubs and brakes etc.
Front drive shafts,
Front pads,
It has 4 brand new Yokohama tyres on the original steel rims,
New reproduction rear seat covers which are on the seat but need a little finishing,
All fluids inc gearbox,
The engine that came with the car was a 1.6 cast block so that went for scrap and I was lucky to find a 1.4 alloy engine with a built cylinder head complete. This was built by the hartwell race team for an imp which was written off so never fitted. The original twin 40 Weber’s are on the car. These have had a full rebuild and just need tuning/balancing.”
