From the seller: “1968 Riley Elf mk3 restoration project bought at the start of lockdown as a project but i ended up being more busy than expected resulting in no time for the poor little elf. it will need welding to the floors and boot floor, engine does turn over by hand and has had a new head gasket fitted, no brakes so will need going through”
