From the seller: “1990 Porsche 944 S2 3.0 litre, being sold for spares or repair/project as now missing some engine parts and interior trim items (listed below) – unfortunately these bits have gone missing/stolen off the car whilst in a supposed secure storage facility and is now a non runner, very frustrating as it was a nice condition car before being stored in 2019.
Various engine bay components & some interior trim items missing (this is not an exclusive list as likely to be other items not present that I’m unaware of) but from what I can see are missing: HT leads, plastic trim/scuttle panel, front bumper, petrol fuel cap, various interior trim items, bit of dash trim right of steering wheel, centre control trim, gear knob, indicator stalks, interior roof light, NS wing mirror missing insides & glass, boot lock.
Bodywork is generally quite good and shell is solid. There’s a shallow dent to the NS sill. Paintwork is tired, various patches of lacquer damage & peel/faded in areas/few light scratches & blemishes. Alloy wheels are in good condition as refurbished in Aug 2019, tyres ok and holding air.
Interior as mentioned is missing various bits of trim. The pin stripe interior is in very good condition with little wear, front seats are in great condition as are the rears. Cracks in the dash board, head lining drooping towards rear of the car boot area, passenger side door won’t open. Carpets are nice, door cards present.
Underneath the car visually looks in good order, sills appear to look ok, no rust or rot present from what I can see, some surface corrosion to some of the exposed components. Generally all looks in decent order.”
