From the seller: “This is my car that i have owned for the last four or five years.
When I purchased the car it came with its original engine that i had rebuilt at Bailey and Lyddel in Faversham at a cost of 2k. It has just been run in so has done around 1000 miles since the rebuild. While the engine was out I’ve had the engine bay resprayed in its original colour of Silver Fox it was my intention to return the whole car to this colour its present colour is awful and not a mk2 colour.
The car has had a lot of work carried out including new inserts in the front struts new shocks, series 2 rear leaf springs that i had to fit lowering blocks because it sat to high the original springs come with the car they just need refurbed. Also had new inner and outer tie rod ends, although all this has been done its handling awfully and I don’t know why, there is definitely something wrong with its present set up.”
