Not too many of these around, but a reasonably easy car to work on and store, the Wolseley Hornet makes a nice little alternative classic car to restore.
From the seller: “I bought this over a year ago with the head in the boot wrapped in paper with a view to restoring little Maicey (as we call her).
Tax and mot exempt and for her years quite solid but with some filler and some rust it will need some specialist work, but footwells and generally where they go it’s not too bad. I have done the head to the best of my ability and it will run with good oil pressure but needs further work. New points plugs cap and rotor arm but I have run out of time as we are moving house so must go.”
